FNB and Showmax perpetrated ********** transactions on my credit card

I reported credit card ***** at FNB, which is in my view perpetrated by FNB themselves. Showmax has been deducting amounts of R99 from my credit card. FNB has neither stopped these debit orders on credit card, nor refunded me full amounts deducted **********ly. I was given assurance that from February these should not continue, but this has persisted. All calls I have logged with credit card department, ***** department, private banker can be found on under my FNB profile. This is so disappointing and I must say, I am very furious at the same time
