FNB AND SARS

I am very upset with the bizarre behavior of FNB. They froze my TAX refund 2 days after it was paid in. When I phoned and went in to the bank they said it is for security reasons and *****. Please tell me how can I be *****ulent to SARS. They say I should wait 48 hours for this to be resolved and speak to SARS. So I spoke to SARS and they said all my details are verified and everything is fine and legal that is why I got the refund. No one can tell me what is is happening and both parties are playing dumb blaming each other. According to me this is *******. If there is anyone who can assist me on this matter please let me know.
