FNB and SARS

I did not know that FNB worked for SARS and not their clients who bank with them. Since when does your bank not inform you that SARS is about to take money out of your account at month end and leave you with R18 and staff members to pay. No quick message or heads up this is going to happen. Leaving you bankrupt with no funds. This is an absolute disgrace
