Fnb and safps

On Saturday I went to standard bank to apply for loan it was declined due to I was listed in safps, when I contacted safps they said it fnb who listed me there, and I had an account in fnb in 2015 with fnb when I lost that’s card I didn’t know block it because it had no funds in , so apparently someone used that card for ********** of which I wasn’t aware of , then I lodge dispute with fnb via email because they have no direct number ,no reply nothing , until now
