Fnb and saambou bank accounts

I am getting no help at all with fnb in George western cape, from te bank manager, about the account they must have from saambou bank, a 32 day deposit savings account, my dad opened on my bday that i just found out about, and the workers there when they see me walking in they get all worked up and say they cant help me why iam i back, when i know the truth about the account and they keep making up stories or lies when i confront them with the truth pls need it sorted, my brrother also got a card and they are treating him the same the manager dont want to speak to me directly at all was there 5 times now,
