FNB and Ram Hand to Hand Do not know how to treat customers

I have order a device from FNB and from the time that i have order the item i have been having endless problems in having this item delivered to me. i was spoke very rudely by the call center agent supervisor and till now have not got the item that i had been promised. This gives a very bad and poor reflection on FNB and being a FNB customer for such a long time i am almost considering to leave FNB as my bank and move my business elsewhere. it is so sad that to get a simple item delivered to you you have to call back and forward so many times as well as having to waste your own airtime and have such a bad week or even day with such bad service and even worse the way in which you are spoken to as a customer.
