FNB and RAM attempting to deliver a tablet aka a comedy of errors.
I ordered from smart device and when I entered my work address for delivery, it still anyway automatically entered the first line of my home address (I was at home while doing this, so it obviously just tracked me on gps). Yesterday RAM tried to deliver but could not because I wasn't at home. I gave them the new address and now today I go to track the thing and it says non delivery again? I was at work all day and I only have 1 missed call all day?
Are you seriously telling me that they couldn't call me so they didn't deliver? Why not JUST DELIVER? I AM SITTING AT WORK I CAN'T ALWAYS ANSWER MY CELL.

10 Sept 2020, 15:10They sent me an sms now saying they'll contact me in 24 - 48 hours. That will probably be too late as I will most likely be charged for the delivery now since I 'wasn't available' the first two times.
