FNB and PayPal services

I have a PayPal account. I am struggling over 2 years know to transfer funds out of my PayPal account into my FNB bank account. When you phone FNB all you received from them is, we will escalate your complain to management. We'll get back to you within 48 hours. Phone PayPal you received the same treatment. It's know 2 years later, I haven't received any assistance from FNB or PayPal.
