FNB and Paypal

I have been waiting for a pending paypal transaction since 25 Jan 2021, i have tried calling paypal numerous times, only to waste my airtime and be on hold for 30 mins at a time. Ive emailed and even gone to the bank where all they said was call paypal, what am i to do next ? FNB Your service is terrible and i have used your bank for years , im not impressed , and once this is settled i will definitely never use your bank again
