Fnb and pay pal permiaaion grant e-90909 code issue

I have been struggeling to link my pay pal accou t with my fnb account it keeps rejecting permission grant. We cannot provide permission from the First National Bank Internet Banking as it keeps showing Error E-90909. Please can you fix this asap.
