Fnb and Norman Bisset (nimble group) not updating my credit profile

Once again I find myself frustrated with Fnb. After having settled their account over two months ago they still have not updated my credit profile. Martha Wesi at FNB And Sabelo Dludla at Norman Bisset (Nimble group) are totally ignoring my emails and their phones are not going through now that they have received the funds. All I need from them is a simple settlement letter stating the judgement case number so I can send it to Experian and Transunion since it is so difficult for them to do this on their side. My rights as a customer are being violated as per the national credit act.
