FNB and Noncompliance that cost me my Life Savings
So FNB cannot produce FICA documents for ********** that created an account and used it to ****/money launder. I waited 2 weeks from Chief risk offer and when she could not produce evidence, they sent a standard letter they followed with no evidence despite the Hawks conforming they did not send any FICA evidence. Then, their social media guy a week later says he is getting ***** dept to look at it. A week from him and still ZERO evidence. Their intention is to get away and not be held accountable so they forcing me to go to litigation.

04 Oct 2022, 13:38Hello. This reply shows how underhand and pathetic FNB is when they should know that Leonie T****ie their Chief Risk Officer already sent a reply 2 weeks ago after waiting for over a week for the said ***** Department to reply, she got from ***** team which could not provide factual FICA evidence which the Hawks requested under subpoena and which they could not provide me with either. All they did was send a letter saying they followed due process and not sure on what legal or factual basis I must believe it. It was a business account and they could has to provide CIPC, ID and address verification. Their CEO Mr Cilliers has been copied on all mails and remains ******** to date and FNB is intent on taking no accountability until I litigate. This is why SA Consumers need to be so aware of our banks and their malpractices and how they frustrate you in hope you have no legal resources to litigate for justice even though they already know they in the wrong.
