FNB and Netbank

We open case year 2023 October with FNB even today we haven't got positive respond, we have been *****ulent by people who are using Netbank ,both banks seems incompetence by resolving the issue of *****, the case number 2*** ,FNB are not answering our calls and emails, can we get assistance
