FNB and Mr T Petersen department *********** to carry out the ombudsman OBS rules 9.4.4 to stop Isabella Garcia International to do deductions again my bank account

A week ago I did write a review on Hello Peter and receive a computer generated email from Tevin Petersen. Promise me feedback within 5 working days regards FNB *********** to carry out the ombudsman OBS rule 9.4.4 which instruction the bank to totally block a company from deducting any amount of money from a client bank account when requested. This failure of FNB is a ongoing for month and Petersen Dept have promised me telephonic on the 8 that it will not happen again and that night FNB and Petersen and his co worker did Fail again. I did rewrite a new review and again the computer react with a promise that Petersen and his department will contact me with in 5 days. On day 2 I received a email that I must contact them with no name and only a telephone number. I call the number and the response was that it is the HQ and they can't help me. I rep**** on the email and again the good computer promise me that THEY will contact me. WOW and wow again for the excellent quality professional response and assistance for Mr T Petersen. The only response from me now is to take the following steps against FNB and the good Mr T Petersen and his department who ignore their duties and responsibilities. FNB debit department is blocking me and the other departments ignore my emails because the keep falling their duties and responsibilities to carry out the ombudsman OBS rule.
