FNB and MBD ********

I had some issues with my credit card account, now I was handed over to MBD by FNB, now MBD harasses me for the past few months, calling on weekends, calling before 8am, even though payments get made every month, they do the miss call thing, harassing my wife with phone calls and sms's. I tried to lodge a complain with FNB at the care@fnb address but still no response after a week. I also told them that if I cannot pay directly to FNB and cut out the ******** called MBD I will close my bank account with FNB, not even that helped, so I guess FNB does not care if they lose any customers, maybe depending on who the customers are.
