FNB *********** and Lazy
Hello FNB
I have had it with the incompetence and laziness of the FNB ***** and card disputes department. Since last year I have been reporting the unauthorised debits on my personal account by Indreamweaver Last night yet another debit was made on my account for R 135,00, see below. A internet search confirms the widespread ***** by Indreamweaver, and nothing gets done. Are some people from FNB involved in this ****? FNB does nothing. I get the impression that the staff at FNB responsible to investigate ***** are too lazy to do their work. You get paid, why should you care? How do they say at Eskom : We want to eat, show us a way on how to eat. *******ion and theft seems to be the on the order of the day in South Africa.
I get given Ref. numbers that do not work when I follow up. No SMS with a reference number, no names, like this email once again, from you. Who are you? Mr. Anonymous, evading responsibility ? That is FNB South Africa for you. Chasing customers from call center to call center and nothing gets done. Nobody can get named, as you all are Anonymous. That is just pathetic, and reeks of *******ion.
Dear valued customer • FNB:-) R135.00 paid from Fusion Premier a/c..736121 @ Eft. ***. 25Mar 21:13
Are some people from FNB involved in this ****? FNB does nothing. The FNB personnel responsible to sort this out is probably too busy having tea and cookies, planning on how to buy their next Porsche. I get the impression that the staff at FNB responsible to investigate ***** is too lazy to do their work. You get paid, why should you care? Or is it a case that it is just another White man, since FNB is manned only by blacks, I am White. Whatever the reason for your laziness and incompetence is, I object to this in the strongest terms.
I want all of the unauthorised debits by Indreamweaver refunded and future debits blocked. The service at FNB South Africa is pathetic.
I expect a prompt response, I know that entails work, disrupting you tea and cookies session. You cannot even sign your below email off with your name, ***ards. It is like a policeman without his name board on his uniform. Providing a public ''service'' but staying anonymus, that is FNB South Africa.
My account name : ******XX Account number : ******XX
Urgent response and action expected
