FNB and its App

Worst service Ive ever received from a bank.

Use their ChatApp to sort things out, the people I talk to either dont read what I'm saying or they just copy paste off a script.

I ask them about my ebucks and WHY it says I am missing out "no its more of a advert and doesnt apply to you" is the answer I get.

I fulfill all the requirements for the ebucks yet get nothing.

I use the same FNB app I used to open a savings account to close the same account "no you have to phone the private bankers" is the answer to that.

This place has gone from a lets help you to a THATS YOUR PROBLEM.

Sickens me to see that the only thing they help with is taking your money and telling you phone these people or what that person
