FNB and ISTORE promotion ****!!!! Be careful !!!!

I purchased 2 Apple watches from istore online on the FNB credit card promotion - on 26th of April 2022. My credit card still reflects the amount on straight and has not been moved to budget according to the terms and conditons of the transaction R485,66pm over 27 months. I have spoken to more than 5 different consultants on secure chat and I have spoken to consultants on the card line. It seems no one has a clue why its not on budget all promising to fix it in 3-5 days its now 13 May 2022 - 11 days since the purchase and it is still on straight. Not even moved to budget. Be very careful when buying from FNB card and Istore promotion, it’s a total ****. Very disappointed with their system and service. PATHETIC!!!
