FNB and *********** CCD couriers!!!!!!

Your use of CCD couriers for delivery of our cards is a terrible choice. There are ample reviews on this platform about the terrible service this courier company provides, but you still entrust them with our cards.

I got a notification from them via email about two weeks ago, lying that they have been trying to get a hold of me. I decided to wait for another call, but it never came. Following that, I then called them on Thur last week to organise delivery. They told me that they can only deliver from Monday ( 28th June 2021) and I will get an sms of the time and day it will be delivered. I waited for their call, only to get a another email notification that they have been trying get a hold of me: LIES, never missed a call from them. Called again to find out (30 June 2021). The agent promised that she will find out, cause the card has been sent back to the branch (which branch, dololo). Said she will get back to me, to no call at this time 17:24.

Can you find out from this courier where the hell is my card.

I also do not understand why you do not give us an option to choose a branch and collect the card from there.
