FNB and HP attorneys catch a wake up

So this complaint is going on several times. My account is handed over to HP Attorneys. Hp attorneys seems like they do not know what they are doing. Every time I do a payment they do not check the statement and I have to send the pop which I do. Then they send emails from 99 people who I can not respond to. To make matters worst I have been sent an email that my account is going for litigation FNB please get people that know what is happening to handle accounts. By the way please can I deal with an individual that can resolve this issue instead of Excalibur.
