FNB and home affairs are *****ing application fees

I am so sick and tired of having to navigate the useless FNB home affairs system. Months ago the department took my fee back because they failed to be online both times I had an appointment and the two month period lapsed. Now, I’ve once again paid R600 and the system can’t even get me an appointment at either of the Pretoria FNB branches that offer passport processing.

I REGRET NOT USING MY STANDARD BANK ACCOUNT INSTEAD! PLEASE REFUND ME SO THAT I CAN GET THIS PROCESS DONE WITH A BRANCH THAT WORKS.

For context; my sister booked her passport with STB in centurion and was in and out in 30 minutes. FNB home affairs is a pathetic waste of time and grift to stall until they can keep your application fee.
