Fnb and groenewald lubbe attorneys are ********
Regarding my first credit card query, no response from fnb or groenewald lubbe attorneys, I had to make all the emails and calls to them . Still my issue was not resolved and today when I sent an email to groenewald lubbe attorneys they responded that I did not qualify for the discount settlement deal and that I now need to pay the amount in full.... fnb and groenewald lubbe attorneys are ********.

08 Dec 2020, 20:23I had been with fnb for the past 10 years and had a credit card account for roughly 6 years, I lost my job early last year and failed to make 2 monthly repayments on my credit card account due to missing out on payments my account was handed over to attorneys/fnb collections. I was contacted by the attorneys to make arrangements for the repayments and agreed to make a monthly payment of R1000. I had been consistent and up to date with all my payments. I was not informed by the attorneys or fnb that I now needed to repay in to the attorneys account so I continued to make all my payments directly in to my fnb credit card account. On the 7 September 2020 I received an email from groenewald lubbe attorneys regarding a discount settlement offer of +-R6170 to pay before the end of October 2020 in either 2 payments or 1.On the 27 September 2020 I made a payment of R1000 and email groenewald lubbe attorneys regarding what's the next process as I was in the process of organizing the balance of R5170 the lady that was assigned to my account was jeandre and she did not respond to my emails that I had sent her on the following days 28/29/30 September 2020. I then carried out the instructions that I had received on the email that was sent to me by groenewald lubbe attorneys to pay my discount offer before the end of October 2020. On the 6 of October 2020 I made the final balance payment of R5170 and sent my proof of payment to groenewald lubbe attorneys. I tried contacting groenewald lubbe attorneys on what's the way forward and no response from them. Am now getting sick and tired of being pushed around and am still receiving threatening collections sms/emails from groenewald lubbe attorneys. I spoke to jeandre today via email. And she doesn't seem to be helping instead shes making her problems myne. Shes telling me a lot of bull**** about why I made the final payment in to fnb account and not there account, and that I was supposed to call her to book the discount offer prior to making the payment and the offer was expired a lot of bull**** talk......
My questions, why was I not informed to pay groenewald lubbe attorneys after my account was handed over??
Why did you not specify in the email that I needed to contact groenewald lubbe attorneys prior to making the discount payment offer??
Why have you guys not been communicating with me and responding to my emails asking about the next step forward???
Why am I still receiving harassing collections sms and emails when I have paid the discount offer I was made???
I think fnb is the most expensive and worst money making ******** in south Africa. They don't give a **** about there clients and they hire cheap incompeten external companies to do there dirty job....
I wish I never had this ****ing fnb **** in my life and would advise all new clients to change there bank before they get ripped of by fnb.
