FNB and GLA worst companies

I had a FNB account and had financial problems in 2012. I was handed over by FNB to GLA who acts ( in complete disrespect to people) as collection agents.

I have an arrangement in place with them and have been paying for almost 9 years. Every month I make payment but was listed again on ITC yesterday for missing a payment. I have never missed a payment. This is absolute disregard to the rule of law and peoples credit ratings.

When I proposed a settlement GLA just says their system says an amount. And they can’t reduce it.

How many more years do you want me to pay? I have paid over R46 000 rand of R69 000 debt. And to tell me the outstanding amount is still R80 000. Something is clearly wrong.

FNB how can you mess up a persons ITC as they are paying in terms of an agreement? Why don’t you want to accept my settlement offer that I have made?
