FNB and FNB fleet card division are so absolutely useless

FNB and FNB fleet card division are so absolutely useless, they should rather just close this division down, so poor and pathetic customer service. Staff are so useless, I have no idea how they even got their jobs and obviously no training and when there is a problem they all just told to say the same thing and then you never hear from them again until you call back and explain your issues all over again and scream and shout. Like a circus there, just completely useless.
