FNB and FinFix is a lethal combination

Due to the fact that my partner passed away and his estate is not yet finalised, could not carry the financial burden by myself and I have had to apply for debt manangement through Afriskuld and FinFix. The Court order was issued last month and as such, I pay a single amount to FinFix monthly via debit order, who then disperses the funds between my debtors. However, I am being harassed by FNB, threatening legal action and accusing me of not honouring my agreement. I don't receive feedback from Finfix either so this review is for both FNB and FinFix. Why am I being threatened and accused by FNB, when there is a debit order in place for Finfix as well as a court order?!
