FNB and false debt appearing on my profile

I’ve been having troubles with recieving help from FNB with regards to false debt that’s appearing on my credit score profile. They sent an email in the previous month stating that they are sorry and that they’ll send an updated list to Experian.

Contacted Experian and they have no idea about this. They are also giving me the run when I dispute the debt that’s appearing onto profile. It’s a new month and this issue is still affecting my credit report!!!!!!!

I don’t even have an account with FNB anymore. It’s been over a year now!
