FNB and false advertising.

So I'm just thinking out loud that the year was 2019 when I kept on getting marketing communication from FNB saying that if I do a salary and a debit order switch, they will reward me with R2000. Excited, I eventually jumped and switched to FNB. After my salary had gone through and all debit orders had went off, I called asking when I'll be getting the money that they promised. I was told that as part of the T & Cs, I will only get it after three months. Well, three months came and passed, I called and I was being sent from pillar to post. I was transferred from one consultant to another. Numerious reference numbers which proved to be useless. Sometimes I was even **** to, was told to check the balance in few days, the money would have reflected. Now I just have one question, FNB, why would you lure people into joining your bank? Why make empty promises knowing very well that you have no intention of keeping that promise? I've got two streams of income and they both come through my FNB account but it's just so disappointing that you have to lie in order to get customers. It's like you've got the businesses now f&#@ anybody else? Wow!
