FNB and Experian = Pathetic

We have been struggling to get my name cleared from ITC. The problem started with FNB not sending relevant documents to Experian. Last week we received a mail from both FNB and Experian to say the listing was lifted, only to find out today it is still reflecting. This poor service is affecting my credit score and financial records.
