FNB and Exceeded Authorized International Limit
FNB has sent several SMS text messages saying: "Our records show that you have exceeded the international limit authorised on your FNB card. You will no longer be able to transact internationally." It has been two weeks and all my cards have been blocked, my international subscription payments are bouncing back as well - which damages my profile. I cannot make international payments or remittance transfers either. The branch hasn't been helpful and whenever I call, they'd put me on hold for over 40 minutes. If this issue is not resolved by the end of this week, I'll look for a different bank!
