FNB and Ebucks team can not communicate with one another or customers

FNB and Ebucks team can not communicate with one another or customers. I have logged a ticket to change my e-mail address to get the Udemy course benefit.

I got an e-mail back saying the issue was resolved, the ticket was closed, and when I wanted to buy the Udemy course, the issue was not resolved and I had to follow up again, log another ticket, answer all questions again, and this is not the first time this has happened.
