FNB AND EBUCKS service is sad

I convinced my fiance to move from STD bank to FNB. Took along time to convince him, but I got it right. FNB made the move easy for him, as they did all the work of moving the debit orders. At the time we asked that they link his cheque acc to ebucks. THIS HAS STILL NOT HAPPENED. He still does not have an ebucks card. Then they gave him a credit card. The courier company they used made arrangements to deliver to him, and never arrived. He does not even have the credit card in his hands yet. I emailed my 'SO CALLED\ personal banker as I am a platinum member to assist - nothing has happened. I told my personal banker on email that FNB had better get the ebucks up and running and backdate it to the day he got his card
