Fnb and ebucks need to explain properly to customers

I am a premier cheque and credit card holder. What I need to know is how Checkers spend rewards are calculated. In October I spent close to R7500 at Checkers. Only to find out that my rewards are only 1300 ebucks and that NOT all my spend of R7500 was deemed to be QUALIFYING SPEND. When I read the rules they said qualifying spend for premier customer was R10000. So how were my rewards calculated? I e-mailed ebucks my query and they just rep**** to my query by sending me their rules without taking the time to treat my individual query for what it is. Ebucks I am not a robot please address my individual problem don't just dismiss my query by sending me a generic useless rule that YOU have failed to adhere to.

Good day I have received a reply from ebucks but it has done nothing to resolve my query. It has only succeeded in making me believe that ebucks does not follow its own stipulated rules. I was shown my Checkers monthly spend of R7230 which was not all considered despite them also stating that qualifying spend is R10000 per month at Checkers. But now i was informed of a 20 percent limit that was app**** to ALL my purchases. Why? My question is how does this 20% limit work if it can reduce my rewards to such an extent. I have never had such a bad e xpierience with ebucks. And to tell the truth ebucks and fnb have lost all my trust because of this issue. I was earning more ebucks as a gold account holder but now as a premier account holder the rules are set in a way that is designed to rob the customer .
