FNB and eBucks issue

Please can you assist, as no one seems able to assist me and I'm being bounced through various departments.

This morning I noticed my eBucks allocation was zero, as apparently my account was not in good standing (Revolving loan, which they say wasn't paid ... despite this actually being a debit order). After contacting them, FNB admitted fault and logged a call with the credit manager who advised there was no issue with the account.

I then then phoned eBucks to advise this was an error, but they cannot help unless FNB contacts them and tells them this was an error. This is where I am battling - I can't get the two departments (FNB and eBucks) to sort this out and give me my eBucks.

Please can someone assist and least communicate what the issue actually is ?
