FNB and EBUCKS - Dont fall for false advertising! Instead of helping during the crisis, they just extract more money from you!
Sent a complaint almost 1 year ago... NOTHING has been done except the standard copy and past FNB response. Thats insulting!!!

It is actually insulting to treat clients this way!! Stop spending advertising money trying to lure new clients when you can't treat your current clients with respect!!!
