FNB and Ebucks are thieving together

I'm writing this so that people who's considering joining FNB for the ebucks benefit, rethink.<br> I recently had my credit card linked to the ebucks benefit, as this is the requirement to up your level of reward.<br> In these instances FNB is perfectly OK to be part & parcel of Ebucks, they advertise & collect monies like a well oiled machine, but as soon as you start seeing that Ebucks are robbing you of what you're supposed to earn in points, don't even think to complain to FNB as they'll send you in another direction.<br> A month ago I made a large purchase on my linked credit card with the expectation that I'd earn points as I paid almost R400 (annual amount) just to have the credit card linked.<br> When the time came for points to be allocated, I got less points than what I get for a small purchase on a platform like Takealot. When I queried this with Ebucks, I got a response to tell me the total points that had been allocated to me.<br> I'M VERY WELL AWARE WHAT HAS BEEN AWARDED, hence my enquiry!!!! Each & every time you have a query for ebucks, they send you one liner responses that never addresses what you are asking!<br> I'm closing my accounts with FNB as they affiliate themselves with *******!
