FNB AND DSV COURIERS.

Worst service ever I had to come across. I ordered a card replacement and they said will be delivered within 3-5 days. Since I made a payment they said the card is with DSV. Now it's 8 days no delivery. I received a commute say they will deliver on Wednesday till still waiting. Fnb can't give answers The courier company is quite. Worst service ever. I just want to move my bank somewhere . When I try to make contact they say delivery department is not available. Their complaint department they can't put you through. I'm so disappointed with whole delivery service
