FNB and DMC nightmares

I was told on 2nd January that account is on process of being closed, but all of my emails could not be answered, I guess they prefer Hellopeter because everytime I post review here they give me a call. Please FNB close the account. It hurts to be given offer and you pay next thing you struggle to get account off your back. Now family is wondering when this thing gonna end, please FNB do right thing.
