FNB and DMC fix your communication

I am bit confused, if FNB takes your account or loan to DMC Depth Management, so who should update who about payment. DMC gave me settlement offer, I paid according to the deal but FNB claim they don't know about the offer. FNB fix your problems with your so called DMC, all I need is paid up letter, I paid the deal.
