FNB AND DMC

I had an account that was in arrears and was handed over to Dmc. I settled the account in November 2021. I received a letter stating that the account has been paid up. Now I am trying to apply for something, I got told that even though I got the settlement Fnb did not remove me from ITC. This is completely unacceptable. As well as I tried phoning Fnb they kept me on the line close to an hour or more. DMC THAN said they just issue letters they don't release the person from ITC its Fnb job.

And FNB is one of the top banks in South Africa
