FNB and Disovery failing to issue a settlement letter

I have been back and forth with FNB and Discovery asking them to issue a settlement letter of debt that was paid back in 2012 to no avail.

The Debt is flagging on their system preventing me from applying for any of the products. Discovery says FNB should issue it and vice versa.

Its unacceptable.
