Fnb and dishonesty

Hi, really disappointed with the fnb. Loan department, they call me up and offer me a top up loan, everything was finalized consultant gave me the repayments amount and the figure that will be pay into my account so after not receiving documents or the amount to my amazement I call back 3 in the afternoon just to be told the last time the loan was declined but earlier I was told funds will be in my account I just need to hang on. This is not honestly. I want this taken up further.
