FNB and declines professionals

Fnb I've made a mistake to bank with FNB everything that I apply for gets declined, and they tell me it's not them declining me it's the system I've been banking them for years but each time I need help I always get declined yet other bank institution approve me. When they sell their products like funeral covers and all ,, service is even greater everything goes smoothly. I want nothing to do with this bank I want to remove all my accounts with them
