FNB and Debtbusters not there for clients in distress at all!!!!!
Can someone at FNB please explain why Debtbusters let me know this morning that my 17.3 form has been rejected, even though I have already sent through my retrenchment documents several times, and I've received more than one notification that at least two of my accounts will be paid monthly via FNB credit life insurance?
I am still looking for work and have not found anything yet, so why am I getting threathening emails when I have made it clear from the start to both FNB and Debtbusters that I have been retrenched since the end of September already?
I have faithfully paid R5000 to Debtbusters for more than 4 years without missing a single payment, even throughout the Covid crisis! Now that I don't have work, FNB decides to make things worse for me by sending threatening emails to Debtbusters to forward to myself? I don't understand why I'm being treated like this, when I've been paying all along before I was retrenched.
At the moment I can afford to pay about R200 a month, since I'm now also being told I have to make arrangements directly with FNB. If you're not happy with the R200, then I will have to involve the NCR because what else am I supposed to do?
