FNB and debit order **** (Royal Craft)

<p>There is an unauthorised debit order for an amount of R129.99 that's been going off my FNB account since October 2016. The company that is debiting my account is called Royal Craft, and I do not know who they are and I have no contract with them. I believe the bank should should have measures in place to protect their customers from debit order ****s, howerver they are failing us. I am very upset about this and I would like the bank to assist in reversing the previous debit order, luckily this month I was able to reverse it myself.</p>
