FNB AND CIPC Company registration a disaster!!!!!!!!I have bee

I have been trying to register a company with CIPC through FNB. This is proving to be a big mistake and waste of time. I was asked to submit my FICA documents, one of the acceptable proof of address documents being a bank statement. I submitted a bank statement together with my ID and an affidavit saying that the company operates from my residential address. I received an e-mail that said the proof of address that I had submitted was not acceptable. The e-mail proceeded to give a list of acceptable documents that can be used as proof of payment. One of the docs on the list was a bank statement. I sent an e-mail back telling them that I had given them my September bank statement from another bank, I needed to understand what it is about the bank statement that was not acceptable as the document was not from the First Rand group and it was still valid. I have not heard from them since. I am disappoint in FNB and their staff who are obviously not properly trained. Why take on a project that you are not equipped for. I want to start with the actual operation of this company but I cannot you and your staff members are holding up the process.
