Fnb and checkers sixty take your money

I've been battling between fnb and checkers sixty to get my pre authorised amount returned to my account. Checkers says its fnb, fnb says its checkers. You took R409 on 18 June 2021 as a pre authorised amount and took the actual amount of R513 on 22 June 2021 but did not reverse the R409 can someone fix it because I'm tired of calling your call centre explaining this story over and over. I was told to wait 10 days until 02 July for it to be reversed, still nothing has been reversed. Please sort this mess out today!
