FNB and CCD Couriers - where is my bank card ?
My Debit Card is expiring this month, so I am expecting a new one to be delivered by CCD Couriers. I had a SMS to say I would receive the card on 13th - nothing arrived. I received a call on 14th to say that my card would be delivered between 3 - 5 working days and where should they deliver my card (they have all this information already ?!) This is completely unacceptable service. I am also distressed that they cannot tell me where my bank is. This is a breach of security. Where is my bank card ?

An FNB employee called me to tell me that I can wait for 3 - 5 working days for my card to arrive and that CCD couriers will deliver at their convenience. This, after THEY failed to deliver on the day they confirmed with me. This FNB employee promised to call me back with a confirmed delivery day - I am still waiting for that call back, but I am not quibbling about that, FNB never calls back.
So, I took it upon myself to call CCD couriers to arrange my own PREMIER card to be delivered myself. It was delivered today.
I am completely appalled at this level of service. I am a Premier customer. I have been banking with FNB for over 40 years. Better watch out, loyalty wears thin when customers are treated like this.
