Fnb and ccd couriers are a failure

Would have rated you a zero star if possible, course here we are yet again for the exact same reason we were here last month, still no card delivered by Ur CCD couriers, but charges are slapped on monthly by FNB for a card I don't have. CCD contacts me daily, asking my address and waisting my time, but still no card, they delivered to this address before but seems to not be able to find it again, every phone call with them keeps me from work for at least 10 to 20 min for the same disappointment every time, it's a shame to see a once brilliant Bank drop below service standards, what a disaster and disappointment FNB
