Fnb and CCD couriers

<p>How on earth does a company like Fnb enlist the services of such a hopeless and *********** courier company called CCD. I have been waiting for my two cards for four weeks. For three weeks now I have no credit card and I can no longer use the Fnb app. Two years ago I experienced the same deplorable service. For the last two weeks, CCD has simply gone underground and stopped sending their excuse messages that they are experiencing delays. Apparently they tried to get hold of me two weeks ago to tell me that they are experiencing delays - in addition to their excuse SMS 's.</p>
