Fnb and car lisense in capabilites to help

I am at a loss what to do. I ordered my car lisense from fnb on the 29th September. I have been waiting and it has been 17 days since. I have not received any help. I have chatted to someone on the fnb app. They refered to a number I must phone for my car lisense. The people who are suppose to handle my car lisense doesn't deal with fnb anymore then tells me to phone RNTC. RNTC doesn't answer their phones and I'm still waiting for an email. The person on the Fnb app says they can't help me anymore. What the hell am I suppose to do now if Fnb can't promise to deliver. Who do I go to? I paid for my lisense and nothing has happened how am I suppose to solve this if Fnb can't help me?
